Display Features

Xiaomi is set to launch a smartphone featuring a 6.36-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate.

The screen is rumored to achieve a peak brightness of 1,400 nits. Additionally, Xiaomi promises to provide five major Android updates for this device.

Camera and Processor

The upcoming phone will feature a triple rear camera system that includes a 50 MP Omni Vision 50h sensor, an ultra-wide camera, and a 3x telephoto lens, both utilizing Samsung JM1 sensors. Additionally, it will have a 32 MP front-facing camera.

Qualcomm has developed the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, which TSMC manufactures using a 3-nanometer process and features a prime core that reaches up to 4.32 GHz.

Adam Zing, Xiaomi’s Senior Vice President, announced that- “This phone will be the first smartphone globally to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. The device is expected to offer configurations of up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage.”

Launch Date

Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro smartphones on October 29th in China. Leaked renders have showcased the design of these phones, which maintains similarities with their predecessor, the Xiaomi 14.
