Overview

The Vivo X200 series is expected to be available in India shortly, with a teaser indicating that it may not include all models from the series.The initial pricing in China was around CNY 4,300 (approximately ₹51,000) for the base model with higher configurations likely to be priced accordingly.

Design and Display 

he Vivo X200s showcases top-notch build quality, measuring 7.99 mm in thickness and featuring both IP68 and IP69 ratings, which provide double protection against water and dust.

The design maintains a consistent look with a center punch hole and a flat display, achieving a body-to-screen ratio of approximately 91%. Users can expect color options such as Titanium, White, Gray, and Green, although these colors are yet to be confirmed.

The device includes a large 6.67-inch 1.5K LTPS LED panel that offers a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and a pixel density of 453 PPI. It supports an impressive peak brightness of 4500 nits, along with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 240 Hz touch sampling rate, significantly enhancing the content consumption experience.

Camera and Processor

The camera setup includes a 50 MP main sensor, a 64 MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Rumors suggest that it will support 4K video recording at 60fps, along with a 32 MP selfie camera capable of recording in both 4K and 1080p at 60fps.

The Vivo X200s will likely be powered by the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus processor, which is expected to be announced soon. This processor, built on a 3nm fabrication process, promises excellent energy efficiency and reduced heating. It will enhance gaming performance by smoothly handling multiple games, featuring a Mali G925 GPU.

Battery and Security Software

The Vivo X200s comes equipped with a 5500 mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging. Vivo will include the charger in the box, and users can expect battery performance to vary based on their usage.

The device features an under-display fingerprint sensor and face recognition for enhanced security. Additionally, the Vivo X200s is set to run on the latest Android 14 with FunTouch OS 15, promising users up to five years of software updates.

Variants and Pricing

Multiple variants are anticipated, including configurations of 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB. The expected price is around ₹26,740, but this is still speculative.
